I received this email earlier this week, but didn’t post it because they’ve added the same language to their main page. But for those of you who are wondering why some items are shipped almost immediately and others lag, this email may answer some questions. And by the way, I don’t think anyone here necessarily wants immediate shipping for free, but knowing there is some consistency in a company’s shipping policy would be helpful…right?

In order to offer the lowest prices possible on our daily deals, it is imperative that we stock only the quantity of inventory necessary to fill the orders we receive and often times we are surprised at which of our daily deals prove to be the most popular. Because of this, we work very closely with our vendors who are ready to ship out extra inventory to us as quickly as they can. Unfortunately, this process can add days (and on a few occassions 1-2 weeks) to our shipping time. We are confident that these GREAT deals will prove to be worth the wait and we appreciate your business and your patience.
