So far not much. Here’s something kind of cool (and soothing music): the Dove Rebalance Zen Garden. You rake the sand and put in the smooth rocks. Never understood the concept of beach without water, but it’s nice. Go to the Dove main page, check out the free sample of conditioner and make sand castles. There’s a daily contest where you just have to unroll the yoga mat to see that you’ve lost (hey, I’m a realist).
The free sample pack of Depends is still ongoing, so add some variety to your Tena stockpile.
Here’s an excellent way to make some money and get your meds for free; unfortunately Illinois isn’t one of the states, but for those of you in the qualifying zips…

Free sample packet of L’Oreal Eversleek shampoo, conditioner and humidity-defying leave-in cream. Frankly, this is the slowest-loading page I’ve seen in quite a l-o-n-g time. Good luck.
Hey, not sure if I’ve said this before, but every single time you’ve said that a page took a long time to load, it loads for me in 2-3 seconds. Seen about 5 times you’ve said that now, so I thought I’d let you know that you might want to check out http://www.speedtest.net and make sure your ping is under 200 ms and download is over 1 Mbps. These numbers are bare minimums, not the norm (unless you have the worst DSL out there, but even then your ping should not be that high), but just enough that you should not be waiting for web pages to load as if you’re on your cell phone. Could also be loads of spyware on your computer, etc.
No, it’s not my computer and I do check using Speedtest and Speakeasy on a regular basis. When I first learn about a deal, I make sure it’s working before I post. Unfortunately, everyone in the free world is doing it at the same time, so it’s not my DSL or computer, but the site I’m attempting to view. If you were to try the links immediately after I post them, you would have the same problems (btw, my DLS download is almost 6 Mbps, the fastest you can get before jumping to Uverse). Thanks for your suggestions, Justin, I do appreciate them.
I figured you knew, and yes you’re correct, fastest you can get before Uverse, I was in the same boat. It sucks because with Uverse, you have to have a cable box on every TV, and when I lived with my parents, we had 8! Ya, not paying ~$80 in box fees to save $20 over Comcast. Now I have 20 Mpbs with Comcast. But anyways, I knew you would say that, about everybody going on at the same time and how I don’t do that. I was positive you would! Why tell you if I already knew? Just in case! You have on idea how many people I hear talking about how slow their computer/internet is, blaming everything and investigating nothing.
But that’s why we’re all on this site and others like it: To learn! We all learn new ways to shop and save and bargain. We are the winners (not WHINERS) of the world!!
