These are normally priced at $4.99 – use the $3 Target coupon (8/16 S) and $2 mfr coupon (7/26 rp) and you’ll only pay tax. In this case, the register automatically reduces the coupon value to $2.99. One nice thing about store coupons is that they reduce the subtotal so your tax is less.  always look on the bright side of life
