I think this is the FoodSaver model we used at Rachel’s Foodsaver party.  The apples and bell peppers I sealed and took home really, really lasted a long time without getting nasty.  Rachel served guacamole fresh from the bag, too – no trace of brown or off-taste. Don’t waste your time and money on the cheap units out there (experience!).  You can seal stuffed animals, clothing, photos – anything you want protected from moisture.  wonder if they make a house-sized bag…
