I believe this is the FoodSaver model we used at Rachel’s Foodsaver Sunday party.  I will say this, the apples and bell peppers I sealed and took home really, really lasted a long time without getting nasty. Rachel had guacamole fresh from the bag, too – not a trace of brown of off-taste. This is the way to go if you’re looking to seal anything, instead of wasting your time and money on the cheap units out there (experience!).  Seal stuffed animals, clothing, photos – anything you want protected from moisture.  I wonder if they make a house-sized bag…
