I’ve posted about FillASeat in the past, but they weren’t in Chicago – until now – and FillASeat membership is only available to those living in the 22 locations currently operated by them.  Members must be 21+ but their guests do not have to be.  Since they’re so new to Chicago, there is a limited number of offerings at present (my membership runs for an additional month to compensate).  Check any of their other locations and see what’s been available in the past.  Even if I only use my subscription one time, it will have paid for itself.
