Escape to Margaritaville is a brand-new musical with a soundtrack of classic Jimmy Buffett hits like “Come Monday,” “Volcano” and “Cheeseburger in Paradise,” as well as original compositions. With a book by Emmy winner Greg Garcia (My Name is Earl) and Emmy nominee Mike O’Malley (Survivor’s Remorse, Shameless), this musical about the people we become once we’ve had a change of latitude is coming to Chicago’s Oriental Theatre.  Dates are in November and December, after our hot and humid weather has passed.
