While glancing through the DG insert in today’s paper, I noticed that the Whiskas multipaks were on sale for $1.20.  Well, hell’s bells, there is a $1.50/1 multipak in the 8/15 RP, so used the .30 in overage on each purchase (I had 5 coupons) towards the individual Whiskas trays.  But of course I used a BOGO on those, too (8/15 RP)!  More Frank’s hot sauce (10/3 S) for free – seriously thinking about having a trunk sale in a parking lot with all this sauce.  So the total for all the above was $1.20, of which .90 was tax…

I really like the Lombard Dollar General.  It’s always clean, well-stocked (at least before I get through with them) and the clerks are friendly and helpful.  Wish I had one closer to me.
