CVS Norelco and Centrum update – DEAD DEAL

CVS is now officially completely out of vitamins, so if you didn’t get them while they had stock to substitute, you’re SOL.  But this means lots of you took advantage of this substitution deal.  An extra big thanks to John, the Naperville store manager, Emily – our go-to person and the rest of the staff, most of whom (guys) have no idea what’s going on coupon-wise, but try their damnedest anyway.

Update, update:  Whew!  Just got back in from CVS.  They are substituting ANY vitamin/mineral from 12.99 to $20 for the Centrum ProNutrient.  I have given them an actual product to use as a scan so all coupons will go through.  Do not start looking at the BOG 50% off shelf tags:  This is not your deal.  Your deal is the $9.99 buy three and get the $`10 gift card.  Emily will be leaving tomorrow (Thursday) by 3 pm because she is driving out of town for Christmas.   If you snooze, you lose (and I get your razors!).

Truck has been unloaded.  Only a few razors came in and they went out immediately to the first callers.  No Centrum ProNutrient came in at all, so John the Store Manager, has decided to substitute any vitamin they carry for this product (he’s obviously not pleased over this, either).  I’ll probably get the ProNutrient Probiotics (if they have those), or something similar, but that’s just me.  As Emily told me, there are no restrictions at all (well, my guess would be you couldn’t substitute a $50 bottle for the $9.99 one).

I’ll hit them up in a bit and update this post.

    • Seriously, what is with you people today? Why would I bother moving off my fat ass for a non-coupon, non-$$$ deal on a crummy day like today (in fairness, the crummy day part doesn’t even come into play here).

I’m bringing in a Centrum ProNutrient box for them to keep and scan and a buttload of the $7 coupons for anyone needing more. Would have been better if the Magic Coupon Machine continued to spit out those $5 CVS coupons, but hey…
