CVS has ’em!

Only picked up a few, but use those Nabisco $3/3 coupons on any of the .99 snack bags at CVS (I ended up paying 21¢ tax).  Want or need a sizable quantity, call Emily Wednesday afternoon.  At least at CVS you don’t need to argue with the cashier that you shouldn’t be getting these for free!

  1. Can you use the coupons on any Nabisco product or does it have to be the things that are on the coupon picture?.I see you got Mini OREO’s but they are not on the coupon picture? I want to make sure I use the coupon right.

    • No, the coupon scanned on every item I purchased – no beeps. Most of the time the items pictures are only a representative sample of what you can buy, although you get some cashiers who insist that the wording doesn’t matter, it’s the picture that does. My line in the sand is if it doesn’t beep it’s good for me.

      • yep…as a matter of fact, the head cashier tried to tell me the same thing today at the Shorewood Target: “Sometimes, they go by the picture and NOT the wording. So, we might not get reimbursed.”
        Ummm….what?

        • Target has a Head Cashier? And she knows how the chain gets reimbursed by the manufacturer? Most impressive. I was under the impression that all coupons were bundled up and submitted to a clearing house in bulk, where the relatives of those Trib customer service people handled things…

  2. I bought 6 of the plastic tubs of oreos and ritz bits and chips ohoy with no issues, cashier just wanted to make sure they were all Nabisco and no beeps. Not sure which are the bigger size the bags or plastic tubs (in the 10/$10 section)???
