In Jubilate Deo, Forrest brings to life a stunning universal celebration of joy inspired by Psalm 100 (“O be joyful in the Lord, all ye lands”), drawn from a wide spectrum of musical influences and sung in seven different languages including Hebrew, Latin, Mandarin Chinese and Zulu. The concert also features a performance of Elmer Bernstein’s Guitar Concerto, and the National Festival Chorus will sing selections from Bach, Grotenhuis and beyond.
