You get one 5-in-1 fruit tree for $19.98 with $7.98 S&H, then another tree for only the $7.98 shipping and handling.  These 3-4 foot trees are shipped directly from the nursery and grow 12-15 feet tall when fully mature.  You will get purple plums, nectarines, apricots, peaches and red plums from this one tree.  Just realize that notwithstanding the video, these different fruits will not all ripen at the same time!
