Definitely not the cheapest, but Walgreens has a larger selection of the more vivid colors than other stores.  This week it’s on sale for $6.99 (from $7.99), less the $2 coupon in 5/13 rp and $2 in the May IVC.  My subtotal was $8.97.  FYI, if you’re planning on using the 10x bonus points coupon on the front cover of the ad, your IVC (store coupon) will reduce the price to under $20 and you’ll get squat.  So either get enough that your subtotal before mfr coupons is $20 or just forget it.  I chose the later.  I also submitted for a $2 SavingStar rebate (limit one).
