This is odd, because we just had a good sale on vouchers…well, anyway, buy ’em and get entries into the drawing. Read prior posts about why I love these vouchers. Let’s just say they’re a win-win deal and move on to the next post…

Purdy, ain’t it? That’s why I picked the big banner! We once again have the 80% discount vouchers, so grab what you can now; it’s unlikely to drop to the 90% price more than once or twice per year. Remember the rules: buy them as gift certificates (unless you see a restaurant you just have to have now); they never expire, if you do pick a restaurant and it closes or leaves the program the voucher is automatically turned into a gift certificate in your account and if you change your mind on a restaurant, call customer service and they will change the certificate (but only if the new restaurant still has vouchers available for that month). There is no additional charge for any of this. win-win, right?

The deals at Restaurant vary only slightly throughout the month; this time you get a $25 egift card when you purchase five vouchers. The vouchers are 70% off, so not that bad if you’re just starting to stock up with this deal site. Remember, these certificates never expire, they can be bought as gift certificates (and then they’re saved as blanks in your account), if a restaurant closes or drops out of the program, the voucher is automatically changed to a gift certificate in your account and lastly, you have the option of changing restaurant vouchers by calling customer service. I’ve experienced all of these situations, so I can strongly endorse picking these up. If you travel, you can pick out restaurants for breakfast, lunch and dinner in whatever cities you will be driving through or visiting. It’s a nice thing to not worry about finding a decent restaurant at the end of a long day…

Told you they’d drop in price. It’s a cycle, but sometimes you just have to pay that extra buck or two. Don’t forget, these certificates never expire, if the restaurant closes or drops out of the program, your certificate is automatically put in blank (certificate) form in your account. It’s a win-win situation. I use these, some friends use them heavily, and if you’re planning a vacation, it’s a great way to have all your restaurants lined up in whatever city you’ll be visiting. A reader was recently in San Antonio for a long weekend and printed out three (lunches and dinners) vouchers so she knew she had places to eat for cheap set up well in advance.

Remember, this promo always goes down to 80% and a couple of times it even drops to 90% discounts. Having said that, if you have no certificates and/or have never ordered, this is a great deal. My advice, as always, is to buy them as gift certificates, unless you have a particular restaurant in mind; blank means you always have available vouchers in your account to use.
This now ends the restaurant rant.
