Big cart of diapers (Huggies & Luvs, from what I could see) on clearance at the Lisle Jewel (back of Osco), so head over and stock up.  Those red Huggies were only $3.99!  At least half price on all the rest as well.  There is a $2 LUVS coupon in August P&G and various Huggies coupons in 7/24S as well as this $2 Huggies printable.  Remember, Jewel policy allows you to purchase and post-redeem your coupons for up to 60 days, even if the coupons have since expired.

Saw this Gerber cereal for a buck on a clearance endcap at Jewel this evening and the handy-dandy coupon database showed a $1 Gerber cereal printable.  Figured I’d just buy to donate and post-redeem, so you can imagine my surprise when I got this $3 cat!  I bought six, but I’m sure it triggers on fewer.  And since I’m not really paying for it to begin with…

While waiting for Jewel to open a lane for me, I checked out the clearance cart and was pleasantly surprised by all the cheap rice!  Basmati is my favorite, so $2.50 for five pounds isn’t too shabby.  Of course, we didn’t get the 50¢ in the 4/24 rp, but can’t have everything!  btw, I left all the large boxes of Minute Rice if that one floats your boat.

Venus shave gel is tagged $2.49 as shown in the ad, but both varieties are ringing up  $3.49. Buy and get your cash back at customer service or scan before you shop.Jewel will be running an Olympic-themed instant savings promotion through August (forgot the exact date), with some products running over two weeks and items being added and subtracted.  Spend $35, get $10 instant savings; $30 takes off $7 and $25 takes off $5.  The register takes off each amount as that threshold is reached, but the receipt will show $10.

Lots of possibilities, but the best combine four Febreze BOGO and $1 Febreze Small Spaces printabesl plus five Venus shave gels using the $2 July P&G coupon and MyMixx.  You could also do combinations including Pantene, since that’s included.  Hoping for disposable Gillette razors since we got that nice $3 coupon.

Triscuits and Wheat Thins are 3/$5 at Jewel this week plus there’s a $2.50/2 Checkout51 (limit 3) plus there’s a B2G1 printable plus a .75/2 coupon in 6/26S.  The B2G1 coupon has a maximum value of $4.49 and can’t be overridden!  My cashier tried to enter the $1.67 price paid, but it kept defaulting back to $4.49, so the supervisor finally said to just let it be.  Note that the B2G1 printable is SmartSource, which may or may not be a problem for you to print.

I read that cherries are an effective way to treat and prevent gout.  That’s my story and I’m sticking to it.  Sale runs through Tuesday.

Suave is on an instant $2 savings wyb two at $2.99 each.  Use the $3/2 coupon from 6/12 rp and pay 49¢ each.  While not the cheapest you’ll find, this is Suave’s newest line, so it’s not a horrid price.  And I actually like these higher-end Suave shampoos and conditioners.  Also picked up another Gortons on clearance for $2, so $1 after the 4/24S coupon.  L’Oreal Everclear cleansing conditioner was on the clearance cart for $3.25.

And I bought a case of Skinny Pop ’cause it was cheaper than Target.  Welcome to topsy-turvy world!!

A full freezer endcap of Gorton’s for $2 and $3 each!?  Back up the truck when you use the $1 coupon in 4/24 S!  These are the ones that normally sell for $8.99.

TRESemme was $1.99 with an instant $1 savings on each bottle (!) ($3/2 5/15 rp), Pantene was $1.87 ($5/3 June P&G) and Aveeno was $1.99 ($2 5/1S).  Pretty pleased!  Really been feeling the Jewel love the past couple of months.
