AmazonLocal is a daily deals website that is part of the Amazon family. Every day, they send a consolidated page of deals to subscribers to use in their city and online. Quite frequently I see deals I’ve missed even though I’m signed up with the original site (livingsocial, for example).
I have problems with this organization and here’s why: No one wants to support animal abuse – ever – but I’ve seen these protesters standing on the streets outside pet stores, literally screaming at people just pulling into the lot, not necessarily even going to the pet shop! PITA and I have been yelled at (with bullhorns) just for delivering newspapers. Very, very upsetting to my daughter, especially when they claim she supports animal abuse.
