The $25 Diego rebate forms giveaway ends tonight at ten and you must respond to my email by Sunday 10 pm, so the stuff can be mailed out Monday morning.  Twenty winners will get ONE rebate form.  This rebate is only valid for residents of IL, IA, MO and WI and you must purchase your alcohol no later than 11/01/2012; envelope must be postmarked by 11/16/2012.  Purchase requirements are $10 back when you buy three or $25 when you buy six bottles.
