You know how I’m always pushing Restaurant.com?  Well tonight is a reason why.  Decided to go out for my birthday, but didn’t know where or what we wanted.  Decided on Greek, selected 10 miles within our zip code and bam! a list of restaurants came up.  Picked one, transferred a certificate code from one of my “blanks” in my account bank (they’re listed under the “Gift Certificates 2009 and after” section), printed out the voucher and we drove out to dinner.  We’ve never been treated with anything but courtesy, our vouchers have always been readily accepted.   They’re wonderful to have for whenever times and to use as last-minute gifts.  If I didn’t have at least 20 sitting in my account (and my dinners of the month club), I’d get more.

One funny/nice thing that happened while we were eating, was a surprise visit from a friend/reader who dropped off a birthday gift (while on her way to pick up older inserts – a true couponer).  Thanks, Michelle, they smell fantastic!
