I’m pretty much an avid reader rather than a TV/movie viewer, so when I see deals on magazines I stop and look.  Last Fall Amazon had some amazingly cheap deals on tons of magazines:  Real Simple, Popular Science and Seventeen, among others.  And yes, I did succumb….having admitted this, I can now say that only a couple will be renewed, among them Popular Science and Seventeen (for my daughter).  I had no idea that Popular Science was such a fascinating glimpse into the technology of the future.   I’m thrilled I was able to get a great rate locked in for two years.  Amazon is once again offering deals on a large group of magazines:  2 years for the price of one.  If you’ve been thinking about starting a new or renewing a favorite magazine subscription, check out the rates here: amazon.
