The Amazon Fresh ad for 1/03 is offering a $10 off $50 coupon for Prime members and $5 for the non-Prime shoppers.  Nothing super big jumps out at me, but your needs are probably different. Probably my only recommendation is to break down your transactions into $50 lots in case only $10 comes off in total – that’ll fix ’em!
