Combine the Spend $15 get $5 in ecbs with the BOGO Revlon coupon in the 2/7 S and you’ll be getting both eyeliner and mascara for almost nothing!  I bought two mascaras (9.49) and two eyeliners (8.79 & 8.99) and the BOGO took off $11.69, leaving a subtotal of $13.38.  Got back $10; need to hit $8 to get another $5 ecb.  You can run this six times per card – it’s a fast and cheap way to hit $50 on your Beauty Club!
