$25 for $70 Worth of Verizon Wireless Cell Phones and Accessories at Verizon – Mobile Generation.  There are 12 locations, most in the downtown Chicago area.  Great way to grab a new charger or whatever on the cheap.  Most accessories fit multiple phones without regard to carrier – I bought an unlocked Verizon i5 when it first came out and run it on Tmobile.
