Cartwheel has been down for most of the day, but I had found and loaded the 75% off LEGO Dimensions Fun Pack (Emmet) early on and Target guest services took it off manually. They have lots of LEGO Cartwheels, but this was the highest value. Online the price was $13.99, but $14.99 at the B&M, or $3.75 for each.
These fun packs are supposedly also working on the 75% off Cartwheel, but Cartwheel keeps crashing on me.
