Survey sites round-up

In no particular order, here are some of the survey sites currently open to new members.  Remember, each site has different demographic slots they are trying to fill so if you don’t get in on one, try another. Also, just because you were turned down last time, doesn’t mean they aren’t recruiting your type now!  None of these survey/opinion sites will pay the mortgage, but together they all add up to a nice chunk of change.  I have no personal knowledge of these three survey sites.

Surveys.com - Gen-PopSurveys.com is an Online Research Community operated by GfK. GfK is a top-ten market research company, uniting some of the most renowned US and European research firms into a single global organization.  They are looking for general population members right now.

$urvey $ites with openings

I’m going to list the ones currently accepting new applicants.  Not all are looking for the same demographics, so you might be accepted by one and turned down by another.  And if you’re turned down today, that doesn’t mean they won’t want you next week.  The first two survey sites are ones I’ve been with for a few years.  Pinecone pays $3 into your Paypal account within 24 hours.

Pinecone Research is actively recruiting NEW panelists.  Register to join the Pinecone Panel for an opportunity to evaluate new product ideas in the comfort of your own home and earn cash rewards for your opinions.

Join Nielsen Homescan Consumer Panel.  Earn valuable points, which are redeemable for electronics, household items, jewelry, toy, gift cards, and more.

Share your opinions and get rewarded at Surveys.com.  Membership is free and sign-up is easy.

Pinecone Research limited openings

This is probably my favorite survey site for two reasons:  They pay $3 into your PayPal account within a day or so of completing the survey (none of that you don’t qualify halfway through crap) and Rachel can’t get accepted – anytime I can one-up her, I’m on it!  They have limited openings right now for new panelists age 65 and older and new panelists of Hispanic/Latino heritage who live in the US.

sorry MUM, you don’t qualify for either this time…

Synovate survey site

Synovate - DOI Says here that January is one of the biggest months for surveys.  As one of the largest firms, Synovate would probably get you more surveys and product tests.  Product tests are fun ’cause you get full size products to try out – over the years we’ve gotten everything from foods to portable cribs (well, we’re going back on this last one).  Apply and see if you are accepted (their demographic needs change constantly).  Don’t like it, drop out.  I’ve done that with some of the surveys that took too long and only paid a few lousy points upon completion.

MommyTalkSurveys

Mommy Talk Surveys Another survey site, MommyTalkSurveys says “Earn cash rewards for sharing your opinion about baby products and services. Join now for free and get $5.00 cash in your account!”  I clicked to see what information they require – the usual name, address, email, etc.  Hey, another way to pick up a few extra bucks throughout the year …

Nielsen Home Scan

Hey, I belong to this one!  It’s great and usually closed to new members.  Nielsen Home Scan sends you a hand scanner just like the grocery stores use and you scan your purchases.  Once a week you transmit the info and earn points; they also have surveys.  It’s actually fun (Rachel says I just do it to skewer the results, since most people don’t buy 358 cans of Seattles Best or 440 bottles of Vitamin Water.  there just might be a touch of truth here).  Any interest, better hurry ’cause this one goes fast.

More survey sites

I’ve going to list a few more survey sites I’ve encountered; some I’ve joined, other I know nothing about.  Again, if any of you are familiar with these, comment and let us know about your experiences.  My criteria for surveys is easy:  Not too long and the most cash/points received.

Dollar Surveys claims to pay a dollar (via Pay Pal) for each survey you take – they better be quickies, is all I say!

RewardPort.  Says you earn points which you trade in for free gift cards and more.

Global Test Market

Global Test Market pays cash;ccouldn’t find a smaller banner for you to click.  sorry

Join SurveySpot and participate in online research studies that match your interests and demographics. Frequent opportunities, average of 24 surveys a month. You’ll earn prize draw entries every time you participate in a survey for a chance to win up to $12,000! Click Here.  SurveySpot was created by Survey Sampling International.

Whew!  That’s enough for today, I hope.  Check out the ones I listed yesterday if this stuff floats your boat.

winningsurveys

Having posted a couple of survey offers now, seems like that’s all the emails I’m getting!  Never heard of WinningSurveys, so can’t tell you more than that they say:

Again, check it out.  If you think it’s something worthwhile, go for it and comment back for the rest of us.  They are currently running a Target Back to School Sweeps:  “complete a survey to be entered for a $1500 Target gift card giveaway.”  Just think of the damage we could inflict with that gift card, mfr/Target coupons and clearance section items.

You know, I’m gonna list a few more of these survey sites – might as well check them all out at once.

Vindale Research says complete surveys and test products (which you then keep).

Toluna is a global site for everything related to surveys, polls and opinions.  Earn points worth $1 to $5 each time you qualify for and complete a survey.

MySurvey: a group of consumers throughout the United States who influence products and services by participating in consumer research. Share your opinions about products and services and you earn Reward Points to redeem for cash and merchandise.

Minefield conducts ongoing Internet surveys for clients across America and beyond.

InboxDollars pays members to read emails, take surveys online, play games and go shopping. New enrollees receive $5 just for joining.

Valued Opinions is the site I posted about last week.  I signed up then and have already completed a couple of very short surveys and earned a couple of bucks.  I don’t mind the low-paying surveys if they only take a couple of minutes because it’s a decent ROR.

So there you have them, folks.  I’ll periodically post new or bonus sites as I get them.  They’re easy, make you some cash and you don’t have to leave your chair…  easy-peasy.
