gosh kids, let’s have a coupon giveaway!

Since Uncle Sam it taking is all away today, let’s see if we can’t make some of it back with these beautiful $4 Almay coupons!  I have a modest number of coupons to distribute, so let’s choose THREE people to win 15 coupons each.  Yes, you will be able to convert these puppies into cold, hard cash at any Walmart (buying those makeup removers will give you $2.86 in overage [less high tax] for each one).  The highest possible value of each prize would be $42.90!  Winners who get their coupons by Saturday can do the points deal I posted yesterday at Walgreens.

So comment, saying how much you love me and my site before Thursday, 9 pm, and see if the random number generator is your love slave.

Weleda Daily Giveaway in March

Back at BlogHer 2012 in NYC, I signed up for emails and “stuff” from Weleda, a company that makes products I love.  All the month of March Weleda is running a daily giveaway with some great items, like this set pictured below.  Sign up and see if you can win!  but if you edge out Goddess, she be mad…

need Smart Balance milk coupons? – gone!

I will be picking up about 50 of the $1.50 Smart Balance milk coupons on Sunday.  If you want any, contact me using the tab at the top of the page.  Up to 10 per person on a first-come basis.  I will mail them out from the post office early Monday, so you’ll get them in time for end of the sale on Wednesday.  If you have Meijer rain checks, obviously, timing won’t be an issue.

Those of you wishing to pick up at the Lisle Jewel, let me know.

Baby “stuff” giveaway winner

And the winner is……

Michelle, who wants it for her munchkin.

Thanks to everyone who entered.  I know this was for a pretty narrow group, but next giveaway will be more general, I promise.

Baby “stuff” giveaway ends today

You should be able to identify the items in the picture – any questions, shout ‘em out.  Giveaway ends today at 5 pm.   Winner will have until Sunday 5 pm to respond to my email.  More info and to enter, read original post.

Baby “stuff” giveaway

Here’s an assortment of baby “stuff” from the NYC BlogHer road trip – you don’t realize just how much junk a Forester can hold.  I have more, but it’s mostly stuffed toys, and too bulky to mail.  This giveaway will fit *cough* nicely *cough* into a Priority Mail envelope, so weight or distance won’t be an issue.

You should be able to identify the items in the picture – any questions, shout ’em out. The giveaway ends Saturday at 5 pm.  The winner will have until Sunday 5 pm to respond to my email with vitals.  Since good luck seems to be the kiss of death, just go for it.

DIY Pizza giveaway winner

Congratulations to MamaHan, who put in that little Olive poem – which makes me laugh every time I read it!  Thanks to all those who entered and keep checking for the next giveaway, which will be baby-themed.

okay, it’s a bunch of products I got at BlogHer – things like Monkey Butt…

DIY pizza kit giveaway

We love pizza – probably more than you – but get tired of pizza made their way, kwim?  When I got a chance to try Pillsbury’s new whole grain Artisan pizza crust (in the tube), I was on it like lint on a cheap suit.  Here’s the kit that came in the mail:  pizza pan, bamboo cutting board, pizza cutter and coupon for FREE can of Pillsbury whole grain Artisan pizza crust.  They didn’t stock the whole grain variety at my store, but maybe you’ll find it at a larger Jewel; this came from Dominicks.

Take the crust from the tube and spread evenly along the bottom of the pizza pan (sprayed first to prevent sticking).  Directions said to bake in a pre-heated oven (425º) for 6-8 minutes.  Sauce was cans of Ro-tel and tomato paste with dried basil added; simmer to meld flavors.  Sliced black olives and thinly-sliced onions, with an entire package of shredded mozzarella (’cause there is no such thing as too much cheese) to top.  Here’s the masterpiece before baking and the finished product (before I sliced out the two pieces I’m eating as I type…)

One winner will get the complete package shown in the first photo.  Comments must be made before 5pm Wednesday.

Disclosure: The product, gift pack, information and additional sample have been provided by Pillsbury through MyBlogSpark.
