Acquired a few more of the $60 booze MIR forms, so comment and I’ll send an email for vitals.  All previous rebates have now been mailed and you should have received them (except for Trisha, who would have gotten an empty envelope had I not double-checked…).  I have another 18 to “donate” to the cause; please only take what you’ll actually be able to submit.
