The $40 off $40+ Target RedCard promotion has returned and runs through 1/15. Apply online and you’ll get an account number (write it down) so you can shop while waiting for the plastic card and $40 coupon.  Coupon promotion is only available online.  Choose either debit or credit card.  This promotion is valid only for new accounts; if you haven’t used your card in some time, it might have been closed and you’ll qualify.
