Walmart has the Tranquility Temperature Balancing Weighted Blanket with Washable Cover for $39.97 for the 12 lb weight – they go up to 20 lbs.  About $10 more than the Target deal, but that one does not have include the washable cover, which I think is essential.  Since these weights are not recommended for children, they have another page with kid weights.
