Emeril cutlery set gives you a choice of two knife selection options, and a choice of either a carrying case or wood block for storage.  I have one of his knives and it’s really, really good for slicing.  And yes, I do have a thing about sharp knives (seriously, why waste your time on crummy, dull knives?)
